What I liked
There are way too many things to mention off the things I like here at W.W.Clyde. Here is a list of some:
a) Company Environment: The Staff and the employee's are very humble, thus creating a very comfortable environment to get adapted to the company culture in no time.
b) Learning: The Company does all sorts of projects (Very Big to Small Scale) which helps a fresh graduate to understand the complexities as well as the tiny spots in the project that are critical to its successful execution.
c) Help: When in doubts regarding anything, the senior staff here is super helpful in guiding you well enough to improve your progress graph in the field of Construction
d) Leadership: The Company has a very strong leadership team which keeps on guiding and mentoring the employees by encouraging them to read good books, attend seminars, workshops and by providing various training's.
d) Weather: Utah, is simply beautiful and the location of this company is right in the middle of its beauty.
