There were a lot of really experienced engineers to work with. Had a hand in many different projects which offered new learning opportunities.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been a little more centralized to a project. While being involved with many projects was good, it was a disadvantage in the fact that I did not acquire a specialization skill set.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to experiment and try different solutions. It’s easy to feel like you can’t take risks, but the learning process is all about taking the bull by the horns and figuring things out.
