Because of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Architecture Intern in the Indianapolis, IN area.
Join us for an internship experience that offers real-world project involvement within a supportive environment alongside ample opportunities for professional and personal growth. At this time, we are seeking an Architecture Intern in our Indianapolis, IN office for the Spring semester (January - May). This intern will be working 20-40 hours a week.
The Architecture Intern will work alongside the Woolpert Architecture team that collaborates with our engineering and geospatial professionals to provide full-service consulting and design for our clients. Some tasks could be producing architectural documents, drawings and renderings. All these projects directly impact the communities where we live and work.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of an industry leading architecture team
- Gain real-world experience by working on actual projects alongside professional architects
- Work as a member of a team that coordinates with other internal teams and external subs and clients.
- Perform tasks and solve problems with a high degree of independence
- Specific tasks may be:
- Picking up red lines from a marked up set of drawings and build models for construction documents
- Helping to organize submittals and sending them back out
- Helping create digital or physical material boards; get materials and place orders
Qualifications:

- Be enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university, preferably with at least junior status
- Pursuing an Architecture degree (or related field)
- Working knowledge of Revit would be preferred
- Lumion experience is a benefit
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a good attitude
- Be self-motivated and self-reliant
- Have exceptional multitasking and time management skills
