- Conducting experiments and performing a variety of technical procedures in the development of new and existing products
- Record experimental data accurately, analyze results, and assist in generating reports or presentations summarizing findings
- Planning and executing tests of formulations to ensure products can be manufactured in the Henkel manufacturing network
- Operate and maintain various lab equipment and instrumentation, ensuring safety and precision in all activities

YOUR SKILLS
- Undergraduate student currently enrolled in at least their sophomore pursuing a degree in Chemistry or Materials Science with a minimum 3.2 GPA
- Analytical skills: ability to gather and analyze large data sets and develop fact-based recommendations
- Communication skills: collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
- Project management skills: strong work ethic and ability to meet project deadlines
- Laboratory skills: hands-on experience working with machinery and scientific instruments
- Experience with tools like Minitab and MS Excel is a plus
