Intern Orientation Highlights
Internship Program Requirements:
Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8GPA
Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

Job Summary
As an ADM Human Resources Summer Intern , you will be a part of the Learning and Development Team. You will handle a variety of projects to help support the education and training of colleagues across the globe. You will assist with executing people initiatives, providing internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence.
Responsibilities:
Flexibility to adapt style/approach based on situational dynamic
Ability to handle data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work atmosphere and to multitask while being highly attentive to detail
Ability to demonstrate a calm, courteous and professional demeanor under pressure when working with a variety of situations and/or people
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong team orientation, judgement, and problem-solving skills
