System Modeling Engineer
Responsibilities:
● Assist in developing and maintaining accurate system models for our proprietary computing memory devices and computing architectures.
● Apply basic knowledge of circuit fundamentals to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
● Utilize Octave/Python for simulating system models and conducting initial testing phases to ensure models meet design specifications.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate system models with broader technology solutions.
● Document all phases of system model development and maintain accurate records and reports.
● Address and resolve issues that arise during the development process, applying basic principles of VLSI and mathematics.
● Engage in learning opportunities to stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in system modeling and in-memory computing.
● Assist senior engineers in managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of development tasks.
● Adhere to company coding and quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements for software development.
● Participate in reviews and meetings to provide constructive feedback on system models and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
● Understanding of circuit fundamentals, VLSI basics, and core mathematical concepts.
● Proficiency in Octave/Python or similar computational modeling tools.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
