Under the general supervision of a Senior Transportation Electrical Engineer, the Transportation Management System (TMS) Support Engineer Major Maintenance (HM) 4 duties will consist of reviewing and analyzing the current TMS asset conditions in
the district, coordinating and leading the preparation of HM4 project Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E), and monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the HM4 TMS program status and performance in the district, to other districts, and to HQ stakeholders.
