California’s Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program manager position is available within the State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Financial Assistance. The position is located at 1001 I Street, 16th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814 right in the heart of downtown next to light rail stations and other public transportation.

Duties:

The Supervising Water Resource Control Engineer is responsible for managing, supervising, and directing the Clean Water / Drinking Water SRF section. Under the direction of the Assistant Deputy Director, the incumbent is responsible for managing and supervising three funding programs: the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, and Water Recycling Funding Program.

Salary information – CalHR salary rules allow appointment at the entrance rate (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, § 599.673) of a classification. For classes with alternate ranges, placement is based on education/experience.
