THE POSITION:  Colstrip High School/ Elem Teacher

Secondary (5-12) Industrial Technologies

Coaching positions may be available, Grades 6-12

DESCRIPTION: The position is to administer a secondary industrial arts and technologies education program in the field of Career and Technology Education.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial technologies, including woodworking, metalworking, electronics, and automotive technology. This position requires the ability to develop and deliver hands-on, project-based lessons that engage students and prepare them for future careers in technical fields.

A low deductible, low out-of-pocket comprehensive health plan is available.  Salary base for the 2023-2024 SY is $40,838 (0 years experience) up to $66,974 (MA 20 with 10 years experience).  

CREDENTIALS: Must have or be eligible for a Montana Secondary Industrial Arts (Grades 5-12) Teaching License.  Prefer experience and familiarity with the Response to Intervention Model and the concepts of the Montana Behavior Initiative.
