HR Total Rewards / HRIS Summer Intern

Hexcel is currently seeking a HR Total Rewards / HRIS Summer Intern for our Stamford, CT location.

 

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

  • Assist the Global Compensation team on preparation for year-end processes with data audits on Job profiles, grade structures, job mapping, job evaluation and budgeting and analysis for non-corporate US locations.
  • Assist the Global HRIS team with Workday configuration project testing, system audits and HR analytics projects.
  • Assist in Global Mobility analytics projects, for example: Create cost projections scenarios for Long-Term Assignment and Short-Term Assignments. Analyze actual US relocation costs and present data by locations, policy and spend category.

 

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science/Data Analytics, or any other related degrees
  • Minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Must have completed a minimum of sophomore year in a Bachelor’s program
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member with great communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required, especially in Excel.
  • Visual Basic, SQL, or related programming languages a plus
