Position Description:

Precision has an opening for a full-time Water Resources Engineer. We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic person to join our team. Applicants with strong software and programming experience are strongly preferred. The position requirements will have an emphasis on GIS-based tools as well as data management and visualization. The successful candidate can expect to gain proficiency in utilizing software and numerical and statistical modeling techniques to address real-world water resource engineering problems. Familiarity with RiverWare (generalized river basin modeling software) is desirable. Some of the software platforms and programming languages that are used in our office are RiverWare, Python, GIS, PowerBI, and HEC-RAS. Precision headquarters are in Loveland, Colorado. A remote work arrangement is negotiable after an initial training period. The pay rate is negotiable depending on experience and skill level.
