CNC Grinder
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a CNC Grinder located in Buffalo Grove, IL.
Reporting to the Tooling Manager, the CNC Grinder will be responsible to setup and operate Okamato Water Grinders machinery for maximum repeatability and accuracy.
What a typical day looks like:
- Perform preventive maintenance on the machines in the department.
- Review specifications for tolerances and locations.
- Maintain the tooling assigned to the department.
- Inspect and document sizes.
- Monitor grinding wheel performance and change as needed.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 1-3 years of surface grinder experience is highly desired
- Common hand tools and inspections gages
- General tolling equipment background
- Able to read and interpret blueprints
