Senior DevOps Engineer

Joining Identrust’s DevOps team: 
IdenTrust, part of HID Global, is a public key certificate authority that provides digital certificates to financial institutions, healthcare providers, government agencies and enterprises. The DevOps team oversees application and infrastructure planning, testing and development. 

 

As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll be in a unique position to drive HID’s success by: 
•    Creating an environment that supports a faster time to market, improved deployment frequency, better team culture, and increased collaboration across teams. •    Building and maintaining reliable, scalable, cost-efficient infrastructure-as-code thru templates, scripts, and policy
•    Contributing to and architecting the vision for DevOps
•    Designing and implementing Continuous Deployment pipelines
•    Enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure security protocols
•    Mentoring and training teammates in DevOps practices
 
What we will love about your background: 
•    System administration skills in a virtualized environment
•    Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying software at scale (network, compute, security, storage, etc.)
•    Experience integrating internal data center and external cloud infrastructure and services
•    Experience sharing and educating others on DevOps best practices

 

Your Experience and Education include:             
•    4+ years of experience in DevOps •    B.S. in Computer Science or related field; Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered
•    Strong technical foundation in a number of the following tools and technologies: Linux (Red Hat/Alma Linux/CentOS) and/or Windows 
•    Strong experience in building and deploying services in Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD or CKS Certification)
•    Experience with VSphere, Kubernetes, Rancher, Fleet, Helm Charts, Terraform

•    Must be a U.S. Citizen •    Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
