Minimum qualifications:
A valid Professional Engineer's (PE) license in civil, structural, or transportation-related engineering.
Note: If registered in another state, successful applicants will be required to obtain professional registration in Oregon within six months of hire.
Special qualifications:
Driving is an essential function of this position. You must have a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record. We will conduct pre-employment driving records checks on our final candidate(s). Your license does not have to be issued in Oregon to be considered.

- Demonstrated skills and experience in synthesizing diverse facts, opinions and materials to formulate decisions and directing actions to implement solutions.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in transportation program management, project development and construction including interpreting construction plans, specifications and estimates.
- Working knowledge and demonstrated skill in program development and change management.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in bringing together diverse or opposing groups and working through different perspectives to arrive at mutually acceptable solutions.
- Direct experience in civil construction design-build procurement and contracting.
