Internship - Powertrain Design Engineering - Winter/Spring 2024

Are you a vehicle enthusiast? Do you enjoy being challenged? If so, Roush is the place for you! We are looking for a mechanical engineering student to intern with our growing team for winter/spring 2024. We offer a dynamic work environment and exposure to many unique projects! The position will be located in Allen Park, MI.
Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in mechanical engineering
- Must be able to work a 40+ hour work week
- Must have a minimum sophomore standing
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Must have a strong desire to learn powertrain engineering system design, development, and testing as it is related to the automotive industry
- Willingness and desire to get hands-on experience
- Passion for powertrain engineering
Preferred
- Hands-on and/or Formula SAE/Baja/EV experience strongly preferred
- CAD experience (Pro-E, Catia and/or SolidWorks)
- Prior internship experience in an automotive-related environment strongly preferred
