Georgia Process Engineer

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Adhere to all company safety, environmental, and health rules and all company policies and procedures.
• Learn and understand the separation process.
• Create daily reports that track feed grade, throughput capacity, product output, and recovery by utilizing Aspen Process Explorer and/or UpBase software.
• Conduct daily visual inspection of the process at key points both hands-on and with support from operational personnel.
• Aid in engineering, troubleshooting, and incident investigation, including documentation and tracking of systemic issues.
• Participate in and Process Hazards Analysis per the schedule set out for the assigned facility.
• Assist the Process Manager to ensure that the area process documentation is accurate and up to date.  This would include updates on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Process Flow Diagrams, and Management-Of-Change processes.
