Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell’s Global Learning and Development Team is looking for a graduate student who is pursuing a Masters or PhD. in Organization Development/Behavior, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field. Your key responsibilities will be supporting the Learning and Development organization, including both operational tasks and developing learning content and materials for soft skills, team development, mentoring, and other interventions. You will work closely with our team to track various development offerings and develop all types of materials to share with employees and managers.

 

What You Can Expect

  • Support the delivery of employee, and management development programs.  For example,: Tech talk production, emplpoyee training workshops, manage MBTI assessment process, upload data to our Learner Management System, running reports and spreadsheets – getting to know learning systems like SABA, MentorcliQ, etc.  
  • Training needs analysis and reporting. 
  • Expand the utilization of our online offerings like Udemy by creating learning paths, reporting, and developing marketing and communication campaigns
  • Help launch new mentoring offerings, and track participant deliverables and attendance. Produce materials for mentors/mentees to enhance their experience. 
  • Support the development of training content and materials, by collaborating with our instructional design team to create, evaluate, and improve program content and delivery.
  • Creating surveys in SurveyMonkey, Slack, or similar survey platforms, including designing questions, setting up response options, and analyzing survey data.
  • We will upskill you in the use of video editing software such as Camtasia or similar tools, to be able to edit and enhance video content to meet specific requirements.

 

What We're Looking For

  • Pursuing Masters in Organization Development/Behavior, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating and maintaining spreadsheets, organizing data, performing calculations, and generating reports as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with expertise in designing visually appealing and impactful presentations.
  • Technically savvy with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, Zoom.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects, make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills.  Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to deal effectively with the employees in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality. 

 

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

19 - 38, $ per annum

 

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model in which you will be able to split time between working from home and on-site in a Marvell office.
