The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is hiring engineer recent graduates! Our missions include Civil Works, Military Construction, Regulatory, and the clean up of Hazardous, Toxic and Radiation waste. 

DUTIES:

  • Serves as an engineer on assigned civil works, environmental and/or military construction projects. 
  • Plan, carries out, and report on work in progress and ensures that the contractor administers and completes the construction contract in a competent and timely manner in conformance with terms of the contract. 
  • Prepares sketches, description of the contract change, cost estimates, and evaluation of impact to the construction progress schedule. 
  • Reviews and recommends approval of contractors' construction progress schedule. 

You will work under senior engineers to develop professionally and apply your knowledge. We have opportunities in all of our mission areas.
