We are Align Sales Pros. We are awesome. We’re also rapidly expanding and hiring enthusiastic and motivated students for our summer sales internship. 
 

What’s in it for you?

Our internship program gives students an opportunity to learn the Solar Sales industry: our consumer, product, technology, competition, etc. over the course of the summer.  After completing our summer sales program, students have the opportunity to move into sales management positions or to transition into Solar industry corporate internships and full-time jobs. 
 

What you can expect to learn

Upon completion of this internship, you will be able to

• Conduct a consultative sale
• Exhibit leadership and show personal growth
• Develop character skills that will guide you throughout your career
   

What is your role?

Learn the product before the summer starts

• Your Internship begins with focused training on the sales skills and product knowledge required to make sales
• Attend trainings twice a month to become familiar with Solar products and sales tactics 
• Identify, engage, and begin selling process for Solar energy, Fiber, Off-Market Real Estate deals and services to customers
• Create and deliver two (2) correlations throughout the course of the summer
  • These begin each day and the topic is your choosing but should relate to the job or sales & leadership development.
• Complete a Consumer Business Analysis (CBA)
  • This is a summation of the consumer behavior you’ve witnessed in the course of the summer. The top Interns are chosen and come to {{location.city}} to present to our solar Executives. You can change the course of our business!

Grow Personally and Professionally

• Throughout the course of the summer you’ll undergo a transformation in your leadership ability, work ethic, and interpersonal communication skills. Your character becomes stronger and you’ll leave the internship knowing you can not only accomplish, but also succeed, at anything you put your mind to.
