Marketing Research Intern

Since 2014, Silver Phantom has been designing jewelry pieces crafted to the highest standards of quality of premium metals, beads, and leather and draw from the powerful symbols and imagery universal in tattoo art.

Silver Phantom Jewelry is looking for a Marketing Research intern that will help flesh out the brand's target audience and propose a branded communication towards targeted segments.

Goals and Objectives:
This is a research project helping the Silver Phantom brand to communicate effectively with its customer segments. KPIs for a 3-month internship duration is Customer Research. The objective and goal are to reach out to customers who are in different stages in the marketing funnel via email or other channels (consideration, conversion, loyalty), and propose content specifically for their segment.

Tasks and Duties:
The intern will help support the current Silver Phantom processes through the following tasks:
- Interview 100 customers who have (1) visited the site, (2) added to the cart, (3) dropped off before purchase, and (4) repeated purchase.
- Analysis of the research will be presented after month 2 of the project.
- Creation of 3 customer profiles based on the research and analysis at the end of the internship.

All will be reporting to Silver Phantom Brand Manager and/or South Street Designs CEO.
