Key Responsibilities: 

- Technology Strategy: Evaluate our current technology infrastructure and align it with our business objectives. Develop and implement a technology strategy to ensure we remain competitive in our industry. 

- Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest technological trends in our industry. Identify and propose innovative technologies that can enhance our products and services. 

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our coding team, fostering a culture of strategic ownership, collaboration, and efficiency. Build and manage a talented team of technical professionals. 

- Communication: Represent the technology team by effectively communicating its direction and data-driven insights to the Code Quick team. 

- Equity Growth Opportunity: As a small business, we offer our CTO the unique opportunity to earn equity in the company, aligning personal success with the company's growth and success. 

-Perform initial software audit. This would be conducted prior to being hired full-time and would pay 5K.

Qualifications: 

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (master's or Ph.D. is a plus). 

- Build reliable and scalable systems 

- Command of architecture, design, and business processes 

- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices 

- Keen understanding of financial control and budget management 

- Expertise in working in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals 

- Passionate about building an innovative culture 

- Experienced in modern programming languages 

- Knowledge of Django 

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

- Proactively identify weaknesses, and improve them 

- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and customers.
