Land Use Planner - Land Development

Land Use Planner/Landscape Architect – New Graduate

Looking for a new graduate to join the land use planning team focusing on residential and commercial development. New team members will work with experienced land use planners to develop efficient project layouts that meet the needs of our clients while following the development standards of the local jurisdictions. Project layout designs include residential subdivisions, apartment complexes, hotels, restaurants, neighborhood parks, and other commercial/industrial developments.

Compensation will include competitive wages commensurate with experience, Simple IRA with 3% match, health insurance, and paid vacation/holidays.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

BS in civil engineering, landscape architecture, urban planning or similar design-based program

Experience with AutoCAD Civil software

Enthusiastic positive attitude! Desire to learn and work as part of a team!
