NPI Planner

Description


Responsibilities:
 
  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
  • Determine capacity requirement to produce required volume
  • Determine material requirement to cover demand.
  • Coordinate production workflow for single/multi die products
  • Revenue monitoring to meet company target.
  • Responsible for code A stocking quantities
  • Responsible for monitoring the EBO required for code A
  • Plan and support the new products backlog.
  • Work with Marketing on critical customer requirements
  • Work with Sales and Marketing on the forecast accuracy
  • Work with Test group on the Test capacity
  • Work with Packaging on the Assembly capacity
  • Work with PE on PLM updates
  • Work with Packaging and Material Analysts on frame availability
  • Generate reports on status update for management
  • Attend team meetings.
  • Assists on capacity transfers if necessary
  • EBO releases as needed
  • Sample backlog build for marketing
  • PCN sample management
 
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Semiconductor or high-tech industry. Entry-level acceptable if candidate has a great attitude, the ability to learn quickly, and excellent critical thinking skills.
  • NPI planning experience preferred
  • Highly motivated with high learning metabolism.
  • Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Oracle ERP, Business Objects, Kinaxis RR, or other MRP/ERP system-related experience a plus.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to cope with change of direction on short notice.
  • Able to communicate needs and wants and solve issues collaboratively with the help of cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive approach to issues.
  • Can cope with a complex, high-volume, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent work ethic and detail orientation, highly organized, with good time-management skills.

Pay range: up to $75K/year commensurate with experience.
