Reliability Engineering Intern

Overview/Responsibilities
The Maintenance Reliability Intern role is a project-based role focusing primarily on developing spare parts list for critical production assets. Additionally, the role will assist Maintenance Leadership team members in performing Reliability Engineering responsibilities including Root Cause Analysis, Development of Preventative Maintenance Job Plans, and major repair job planning and scheduling. The Maintenance Reliability Intern will work directly with the mechanics, electricians, maintenance leadership, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
 
Role expectations:
·        Develop Spare Parts lists for critical production assets.
·        Perform Root Cause Analysis for major equipment breakdowns.
·        Develop policy and procedures to improve maintainability of processing and packaging equipment.
·        Eliminate Loss according to the WCM prioritization process using PM, FI and QC pillar tools and methodologies.
·        Implement preventative, predictive maintenance and design / automation improvements to maintain basic conditions and increase MTBF. 

What We’re Looking For
ESSENTIAL:
·        Education: High School Graduate
·        You are pursuing a technical bachelors degree or have equivalent experience with a strong foundation in Engineering
 
PREFERRED / DESIRABLE: 
·        Team/group project experience
·        Strong communication and organizational skills
