Over the past two decades, the company has grown to include a team of engineers and technical support with extensive experience in the field of structural engineering design, consultation, assessments, and inspection. Based in Florida, with offices in Tampa, Saint Petersburg, South Florida and Sarasota, the firm provides services to many diverse clients locally and nationally. BillerReinhart specializes in several key areas of structural engineering including the restoration and renovation of existing structures, roof consulting, building envelope evaluations, engineering analysis, building studies, expert witness consulting, design of new structures, and threshold inspections.
 
The St. Petersburg’s office is managed by Mr. Lee Levoir who is a principal of BillerReinhart and holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer license in the state of Florida, and Special Inspector Limited license.

Project Engineer (EI) Proposition
·        Competitive base salary, $57,000 - $65,000, plus annual profitability bonuses

  • Client correspondence
  • Building condition assessments
  • Assisting in forensic investigations
  • Project specifications preparation
  • Construction observation and documentation
  • Engineering calculations for building analysis and design
  • Coordination with engineering technicians for drawing preparation
  • Compose the following documents: condition survey, observation, field, and summary reports
Eligibility
  • Graduation with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary
  • EI designation preferred
  • Must satisfy a background check
