Summer Intern - Corporate Strategy Analyst

What you'll do:
The Corporate Strategy team is responsible for creating our overall strategy and working directly with our executive leadership to identify and address the company’s most important issues and opportunities. The Corporate Strategy team’s responsibilities include developing, driving, and delivering a variety of high-profile strategic initiatives and thought leadership, covering areas like industry trends and competitive dynamics, organic and inorganic growth strategy, new business development, product strategy, and a range of execution-oriented special projects to constantly improve and drive our business forward.
This internship is a full-time position for the Summer 2023 and as a corporate strategy intern your main responsibilities will include:
  • Structuring complex problems, developing hypotheses, conducting analyses, and suggesting recommendations through a data-driven process.
  • Working closely with other team members and stakeholders to accelerate our impact and directly contribute to our overall corporate strategy.
  • Collecting and analyzing large data sets (quantitative and qualitative) and synthesizing insights.
  • Developing compelling recommendations, communicated in high-quality output.

What you must have:
  • Candidate must be a full-time student currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business.
  • Comfort and ability with both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
  • Strong business insight and judgment, team orientation and collaborative style.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Executive-ready presence and communication style (i.e., top-down communication)
  • Proficiency with standard productivity tools (PPT/XLS)
  • Design clear and persuasive PowerPoint presentations
  • Prepare pro forma financial models to support business case development.
  • Understanding of industry and competitor analysis, business intelligence, and data analytics.

Bonus points!
  • Experience in fleet management or automotive industry
  • Consulting experience, either as an intern or as part of your university consulting club.
