Enterprise Resource Management Intern
Expertise and Functions:
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & SharePoint
- Create professional correspondence, task assignment and tracking, cataloguing and filing, document control and inspection, inventory control, scheduling and appointment management
- Learn and comply with documentation requirements of AS9100, ISO 9001, and company policies
- Learn how to operate Enterprise Resource Planning software in support of production/deliveries
- Produce Travelers and Work Instructions under supervision in a timely and accurate manner to support program objectives
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Provide support to other contracts and development efforts, as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
Education/Training:
- Current enrollment in an accredited educational program required
Experience:
- 0+ years of professional experience in the required task area
- Interns will work 15 – 25 hours per week; summer interns will work 40 hours
- Must be willing to accept direction from, and interact professionally with supervisor and co-workers
- Must work with integrity and follow assigned tasks through to completion
- Assist with department administrative duties as necessary to learn about the work being performed, and to contribute to completion of department workload
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
