Production Planning Intern

Flowserve is looking for a motivated programming intern to work in the production planning department. This internship will provide exposure to planning production and manufacturing modules in a large manufacturing company. The intern will participate in reprogram reports to assist managers in aligning required levels of production to existing resources.

· Identify the current infrastructure and implementation of Production Planning Oracle information.

· Solve issues by redesigning and improving data extraction and transfer.

· Reintegrate report formats with Oracle to automatically pull and update required data.

· Conduct a test period to ensure acceptability.

· Must be a current college student (Junior or higher) pursuing a degree in a STEM-related field.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision.

· Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.

· Must possess a strong teamwork mentality.

· Must have proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle.
