Job Duties and Responsibilities

This position is created as a holding place of interest. Once there is an active openings from our company that is looking for full-time new grads, we will direct your application to the appropriate team based on your education, experience, and skill sets. 

Program Manager-Utilize your project and people management skills to deliver high quality projects on time, on budget and with unwavering professionalism. This includes planning the project, resourcing the project with internal team members and third-party contractors or consultants, managing internal and client driven processes and procedures, project schedules, deliverables, and quality to successful completion and implementation.

  • Manage and assemble teams responsible for the development and implementation of cross-functional teams, vendors, and services focused on delivering new or existing projects
  • Identify appropriate resources and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Understand project objectives and functions of each team member to ensure success
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle 
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project 
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Fully onsite in Denver, CO region
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment screen including a transcript evaluation, reference check, criminal background check, and possible drug test.
