The Foundry Operation & Engineering team is seeking a motivated, experienced Foundry Engineer to provide support to our Global Operations & Technology Group located at ADI’s San Jose location. Foundry Operation & Engineering team is a global organization managing all the ADI external wafer manufacturing contractors which provide a significant portion of wafer supply for ADI.
  • Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Monitor and review product yield, disposition abnormal material.
  • Perform data mining analysis on product yield and other process/electrical data
  • Work with foundry fab on continuous improvement.
  • Transfer process/products to different factories.
  • Minimum qualifications
  • Master of Science or Master of Engineering, major in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, chemistry, or other relevant STEM field.
  • New or recent college graduate (< 3 year industry experience)
  • Solid semiconductor process/device physics knowledge,
  • Good sense in engineering fundamentals and statistical process control.
  • Good problem solving skill.
  • Effective communication skill.
  • Good team player

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $76,820 to $105,628.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
