 Job Description Summary
ADI is seeking a new Account Manager to join an elite sales organization that strives to deliver innovative solutions that add value to ADI’s broad market customers. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will work to develop a winning strategy to grow design wins, customer relationships, long term profitable revenue growth, and ADI's overall position in the semiconductor market. This position will have high visibility within all departments of ADI and requires account ownership and accountability. The account manager will be supporting our broad market customer base in the Los Angeles market.
This unique opportunity includes a one-year rotation training program that will expose you to all the product lines and internal operations of the company.  It will include time working with Central Applications, Customer Operations, and shadowing experienced account managers in the field.  This may take you to different regions in the US and will provide a broad foundational base and network to ensure your success when are ready for final placement.
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

  • Aggressively pursue new contacts, relationships and opportunities at your assigned accounts
  • Evaluate and qualify new accounts for potential priority attention
  • Establish an understanding of the customers’ current and future products
  • Accurately communicate customer needs and required actions within ADI. Drive the customer requirements internally and manage all levels of follow-up and support
  • Develop influential relationships at each level within the assigned accounts that enable early access to projects, competitive intelligence and design requirements to maximize opportunity potential
  • Drive engagements between ADI and customer executives
  • Demonstrate annual revenue growth by identifying, cultivating and closing opportunities at the customer
  • Understand long-term potential of customer base and manage ADI resources. Prioritize resources to maximize ROI on design wins
  • Exhibit creativity by continually looking for improvements that can be made within ADI to better support our customers and grow revenue
Minimum Qualifications:

  • BSEE or equivalent technical degree, analog and mixed-signal semiconductor expertise preferred
  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Personal motivation, positive attitude, and courage to foster market share leadership in the region
  • Ability to travel (within territory) 50% or more with some overnight stays
  • Continuous learning mindset

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $73,600 to $101,200.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
