The Healthcare Imaging Group is seeking a motivated intern to provide support to our group located at ADI’s Wilmington site. ADI’s Digital Healthcare group combines ADI’s signal processing capabilities with advanced sensor technologies and state-of-the-art packaging innovations to provide holistic signal chain System-in-Package “SiP” solutions to our customers. Customer application spaces include Ultrasound, Computed Tomography and Digital X-ray technologies.
The Product Engineer Intern will work under an experienced engineer to support the evaluation, or development of one of our products or evaluation systems.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Research and develop new measurement techniques
  • Development of automated test capability including both hardware and software designs.
  • Support design validation of early silicon.
  • Debug of product related issues.
  • Product characterization by automated test.
  • Research and develop new measurement techniques
Minimum qualifications

  • Assumes progress in BS or MS in ECE, ECE or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred qualifications

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to aggressive schedules.
  • Strong analytical skills.  Ability to draw conclusions from complex data sets and summarize and present at a high level.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work on large multi-discipline development teams.
