The Industrial Automation Group is seeking a motivated, Technical Marketing Engineer to provide support to our Industrial Ethernet Solutions Group located at ADI’s San Jose, CA location. The Industrial Ethernet Solutions Group is developing next generation ethernet solutions, specifically Time – Sensitive Networking (TSN) switches. TSN is an emerging technology that will address the performance and management needs for the edge / IoT, industrial automation, energy, and automotive applications. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting team that will bring a new and innovative technology to the market.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Manage an existing set of ethernet switch solutions through the product lifecycle
  • Participate in next generation product definition
  • Develop application notes, product briefs, and other collateral 
  • Understand product use cases, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Provide product training to internal teams, sales team, and customers
  • Establishing product revenue forecasts
  • Identifying new business opportunities
Minimum qualifications
  • BSEE
  • 0-3 years’ experience
  • Technical background in networking
  • Collaborative and a team player 
  • Data analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $73,600 to $101,200.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
