Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Electrical characterization of ICs using suite of bench equipment
- Temperature/voltage/process test characterization for setting datasheet capabilities
- Segmentation of and corrective action development for production and customer issues
- Yield enhancement and manufacturing flow optimizations for high volume readiness
- Assessment of product and package reliability issues via fault isolation and data analyses
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science in electrical engineering, materials science, or applied physics
- General knowledge of analog and/or digital circuits with exposure to basic device physics
- Solid problem-solving skills with exposure to statistical data analysis concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation with ability to work both independently and collaboratively across engineering disciplines to solve technical issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters of Science in one of above fields
- Familiarity with basic bench equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Knowledge of basic semiconductor manufacturing steps and/or CMOS process flow
- Experience with automotive applications, electronics and/or qualification activities

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $73,600 to $101,200.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
