The candidate selected for this position will (with the help of mentors) be responsible for developing characterization/evaluation hardware and software solutions for Signal Chain uModule (UMD) products. The individual will develop characterization plans, design printed circuit boards and write automated char/eval programs using NI, Matlab, Python etc.  The indidvidual will interface with design, product and application engineers, program managers, new product coordinators, reliability engineers and manufacturing support staff in order to perform this role.  In addition, the individual will work closely with design engineering when required to support product debug.  Signal Chain uModules are mixed signal multi-die products with exciting test challenges in both the analog and digital domains.
 
Qualifications:
•    BS Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
•    Good electronic circuit knowledge
•    Familiarity with instruments such as oscilloscopes, power supplies and other equipment typically found in a college engineering lab.
•    Programming skills in some language such as C/C++, Matlab or Python for example.
•    Knowledge of an IC simulation environment such as LT Spice is an advantage.
•    General knowledge on Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams
•    Self-driven, enthusiastic, innovative and willing to work with teammates in multiple time zones.
