The Manufacturing Test Engineering team is seeking a motivated, Mechanical Engineer to provide support for our Manufacturing and Test Development teams located at ADI facilities in the San Jose area. The position is one of a group of 7 San Jose area engineers and scientists responsible for modifying, designing, procuring, building and/or researching the equipment needed to introduce the next generation of semiconductors. The responsibility of this group ranges from minor design changes and adjustments to brainstorming solutions as will as lab work, prototype building and the transition from the lab to the Production floor.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $62,560 to $86,020.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
