The Regulatory/Quality Team in Digital Healthcare Team is seeking a motivated, experienced Regulatory & Quality Affairs Intern to provide support to our Medical Products BU located at ADI’s Wilmington, MA. The intern will report to a Senior Manager, Regulatory/Quality in the Medical Products BU.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Work cross functionally with different departments including R&D, Marketing, and Quality Assurance to assist in regulatory decision-making and develop a broad understanding of the medical device industry
  • Perform Regulatory Intelligence activities to ensure regulatory strategy remains optimally efficient amidst changing regulations and global expansion
  • Assist in building and maintaining Regulatory Files/product technical documentation for product registrations in US, EU, Canada, and others
  • Prepare various regulatory submissions for registering products globally to ensure products can reach our customers and patients around the world
  • Working on projects to improve regulatory compliance of product Device Master Record documentation
  • Supporting activities related to product quality
  • Collaborating with engineers of various engineering and science disciplines
  • Contributing to the atmosphere of continuous improvement
Minimum qualifications

  • A graduate degree in Biomedical Engineering or Regulatory Affairs is preferred, but other candidates with an interest in Regulatory Affairs will be considered.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a group. Results oriented with a high commitment level.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks.
  • Motivated and a self-starter with independent learning style.
  • Effective communication & presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work on diverse project team.
  • Able to build new business relationships with the team.
  • Positive, open and engaging and can be an effective member of a dynamic team.
  • Dedicated and open to new ideas.
  • Fast learner, with curiosity and flexibility
