Test Engineer Intern (Cloud Power)

The Cloud Power and Network Products Group is seeking a motivated, experienced Test Engineer Intern to provide support to our Communications and Cloud BU located at ADI’s Colorado Springs location. Test Engineering Intern will support the group in the development of ATE solutions that test Hot-Swap, PoE, and POL devices. The Test Engineer Intern will be a part of a global and diverse group of Test and Product Engineers.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Product Development will perform a full range of activities including, but not limited to:

  • Hardware development from schematic design, debug until manufacturing release.
  • Software development to support product qualification, customer sampling, characterization, and full production release.
  • Provide test solution that guarantees performance according to product data sheet specifications and ensuring company’s desired level of quality coverage, test time, and throughput.
  • Entails collaboration with Design, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, and Project Managers across ADI global sites.
Minimum qualifications
  • Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Motivated candidate will build technical test development skills on Teradyne ETS364B and SPEA test system platforms.
  • Requires background in electronics, circuit analysis, and use of bench measurement equipment.
  • Preferred knowledge in simulation and development tools such as Cadence Allegro, LTSpice, etc.

  • Willingness and ability to learn something new quickly.
  • Innately curious with a desire to understand the business operations of the organization.
  • Has a bias for action and works in collaboration with others to meet scheduled action and goals.
