Associate UX Designer (Graduate) 
The role of the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team is to create frictionless digital journeys on analog.com for customers to Find, Choose and Use Analog Devices products and solutions. As a UX Designer on the DCX team you will work closely with business leads, UX researchers, SEO & Content Specialists as well as Developers to create simple but effective digital experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on UX for customer facing products and processes, ideally within the realm of Digital Customer Experience. As a UX Designer you will be passionate about the role of the customer in the creation and iteration of digital experiences and display a strong sense of empathy for design engineers, component buyers and other key audiences.
  
Responsibilities: 
  • Gain a deep understanding of the digital product you are assigned to, it’s purpose and how it should make life easier for our customers. 
  • Translate concepts into UX deliverables for the products you support. For example: low fidelity wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, journey maps, story boards etc 
  • Work closely with UX Researchers to conduct validation on potential solutions (such as user interviews, facilitating workshops) and to incorporate feedback/insights post validation. 
  • Own and communicate a point of view on critical topics, advocating for the customer whilst balancing against business goals 
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization – focus on small incremental changes as well as big bang projects. 
  • Work with and contribute to the ADI digital design system. Incorporate feedback from customer interactions to ensure design system and component library are evolving with our knowledge of customer behavior.  
  • Participate in design reviews and partake in healthy debate which results in the best customer experience. 
  • Be a champion of experimentation and support structured approaches to optimization of digital experiences. Actively contribute to the UX Design team culture, processes, and documentation.  
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of UX design and research methodology, with formal training or relevant work experience 
  • A portfolio, case studies or similar documentation demonstrating past work experience, relevant projects and UX Design deliverables
  • Expertise in UX software, in particular Axure and Figma  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences. 
  • Comfortable working as part of a global, hybrid team who are passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
