The Order Management Business Process Analyst is a role that will make significant contributions to the way that Analog Devices provides service to our customers and distribution partners.  This role will work with closely with our customer service teams around the world - providing innovative and impactful solutions that help provide best in class service to our customers.
 
The ideal candidate will have a mix of excellent communication and organizational skills, business analysis and database modeling knowledge.  They will truly enjoy helping and collaborating with others.    They will consistently look for ways to improve processes, grow their knowledge and understanding of systems and processes, and make positive contributions to team by expressing their opinions and new ideas.
 
 In this role you will
  • Address questions from and issues raised by customer service, warehouse team and other teams around the globe 
  • Review and respond to daily audit reports that ensure our processes are functioning
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with other members of the WW Order Management team on improving existing processes and creating new ones
  • Work with IT to implement solutions by creating requirements, reviewing design, testing solutions and developing rollout plans
  • Create documentation and training materials
  • Grow your knowledge of data modeling and data visualization by supporting and creating dashboards used by our global customer service organization
  • Be exposed to all areas of order management and understanding the connection to other areas of the organization - pricing, planning, order rescheduling, warehousing and shipping
  • Take on increasing responsibility as you become proficient with the ADI organization and demonstrate understanding of our systems and processes

  • Experience in accounting, order management, customer service, or analytics is not needed, but a plus

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within all areas including verbal and written are required, with an ability to listen and communicate in a consultative style
  • A strong commitment to working with a team, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining professionalism
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to respond to, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest of standards for completeness and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations, Economics (or similar major)
