Starting with a structured orientation week at our corporate headquarters near Portland, Ore, you’ll be able to meet the team and learn the full scope of our business. Throughout the summer months, you’ll dive deep into a meaningful project for our company, which you’ll then present to our executive leadership team at the end of your internship. This internship will have the unique opportunity to work with our team in Clackamas, OR to evaluate and develop our preventive maintenance program. You will also support the team by maintaining data, organize parts, and more. You will partner with the maintenance team and others to learn about our current processes, systems, and procedures to identify and implement quantifiable improvements.
