Operations Intern - Summer 2023, Clackamas, OR

Pacific Seafood offers a unique, 12-week internship program that gives interns the chance to make an immediate impact on our company. Starting with a structured orientation week at our corporate headquarters near Portland, Ore, you’ll be able to meet the team and learn the full scope of our business. Throughout the summer months, you’ll dive deep into a meaningful project for our company, which you’ll then present to our executive leadership team at the end of your internship. This internship will focus on identifying issues affecting our end users as we implement of our new Enterprise Resource Planner. Along with identifying issues, we’ll need your help in developing, implementing, and evaluating new training programs for our Clackamas, OR distribution center. You will partner with the operations team and others to learn about our current processes, systems, and procedures to identify and implement quantifiable improvements.
