Aerospace Development Program - Engineering - Summer 2023 Internship (URDP)

The Honeywell Aerospace Development Program offers a summer intern program for positions in Engineering and Supply Chain career paths. The summer internship program is designed to provide the candidate with a three-month project assignment that is related to their major and prepare them for future full-time opportunities in the Aerospace Development Program. This is provided for students to help gain a broad understanding of Aerospace's end-to-end business and the importance of customer responsiveness, meeting program milestones, making processes more efficient, driving production plans, and improving product quality.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  •  Support production and operations to successfully execute deliveries to our customers
  •  Drive process improvement projects to drive efficiency and reduce waste
  •  Work with world-class engineers on new Aerospace technology
  •  Provide engineering support where needed
  •  Interact with various levels of management to achieve internship objectives
  •  Present at the end of internship to executive leadership
  •  Housing and travel assistance is provided for qualified candidates that live 50+ miles from jobsite
 
YOU MUST HAVE

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering
  • Must attain degree between December 2023 - June 2024
  • Must be able to participate in the internship prior to completing your current degree program
  • Due to export control restrictions, must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Hire date must be within 12 months of completion of the highest level of education
