Paid Intern at Medical Education Start-Up

Elite Medical Prep is an online company without a physical office space. This is a telecommuting job which can be done from home or virtually anywhere with reliable Internet service.

As a paid intern, you will work directly with company founders, Dr. Rubin and Dr. Brus- Ramer, with MD tutors from top US medical schools, and with an additional administrator(s). This position has significant flexibility in the hours when the work can be performed with an expectation of approximately 10 - 20 hrs per week.

The primary role is to help manage the growing roster of medical students that approach the company for tutoring. Specifically, this means extensive communication via email and phone; participation in weekly meetings to review current students and current tutors- all meetings are performed online via video chat; interacting with prospective students/clients via initial phone consultations, follow up emails and phone calls; working with Universities, vendors, marketing and educational companies; and managing online administrative systems.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive/Google Suite

·      Customer Service abilities (professionalism on phone and email)

·      Fluency in English
