Project Sales Associate
Help manage projects by coordinating with the customers, APS sales, and operations personnel. This position requires detail at a high level in clarifying project scope, ordering product, coordinating delivery, and managing the project budget. A true team spirit of cooperation and problem solving is a must.
- Prepare and assemble technical data for submittal
- Coordinate with customers to understand expectations
- Prepare and release orders for products to manufacturers
- Align with manufacturers for timely and accurate delivery
- Follow company processes
- Cooperate and communicate with APS operations personnel
- Improve the organization
- Computer literacy with Microsoft applications
- Detail oriented
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
- Aptitude for problem solving and decision making
