HR Intern
Campbell's Snacks, Home of Pepperidge Farm, is looking for an energetic Intern to join the Human Resources team in Richmond, UT to learn, support all areas of HR: recruiting, training, benefits, safety, administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. The position will provide support on multiple ongoing projects. What You Will Do
- Assist in projects as assigned
- Assist in Recruiting process
- Participate in HR initiatives related to driving employee engagement locally
- Identify and report on relevant trends, assist in implementing appropriate responses to improve processes and increase effectiveness of HR procedures
- Create standard operating procedures and instructional material for employees/managers
- Monitor compliance of various training
- Monitor and maintain record of employee COVID database
About You
- You have experience using Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You have outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- You have a bias for action, are resourceful, and have experience working in fast-paced environments
- You are currently in an undergraduate or graduate program with an emphasis on Human Resources or related subjects
