Driller's Assistant


General Summary
This position is responsible for providing assistance to operators on projects.
  • Provide assistance to operators on projects
  • Operate and service trucks, backhoes, forklifts, generators, engines, pumps and various other types of equipment
  • Work as part of a crew but also expected to work without supervision to accomplish task if required
  • Complete basic daily paperwork
  • Driving as needed
  • Other duties as required

Shop Mechanic


General Summary
Maintain shop supplies, shop, and tools.
  • Read, understand and apply information from technical manuals, prints, and schematics.
  • Maintain and repair heavy equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery, and systems.

Laborer


General Summary

WHO we need:
  • Construction and water well workers for On-The-Job training
  • We employ carpenters, operating engineers, ironworkers and laborers for concrete construction and water well drilling. People willing to learn and pitch in. 
  • We need a mechanic in our Columbus, Ohio shop; work includes pump maintenance, electrical and piping. Someone willing to learn and pitch in. 

What we do is UNIQUE:  
  • We build water wells by sinking a concrete caisson and installing horizontal well screens from the bottom of the caisson. We also perform maintenance on the wells we build.
  • Our work is nationwide; we provide travel, lodging per diem, and regular trips home. We pay for holidays, vacations, and provide health insurance and 401(k). 
  • During caisson construction, carpentry (form work), tying rebar, equipment operation, and good, old-fashioned labor are required to build and sink a 16 feet diameter shaft; 50 to 150’ into the ground.
  • Screen installation is a proprietary method of pipe jacking. Everyone needs water, our work is in demand across the country.
