Our sales trainee management program is designed to develop the next generations of leaders in Rockwell Automation (RA) China with the mindset of “we are here to help” and passion to deliver the SEEE values (Safety, environment protection, Energy conservation and Efficiency) through the RA human capital platform. The program is looking out for the talents with acute commercial sense and good leadership potentials to make our world a better place to live!
What Our Program Can Offer?
1. Trainings including:
• Sales Trainee Management program targets to provide the training, guidance & resources to help you become functional in the role and establish a solid foundation for continued skill and knowledge development.
• Combat Wolf camp will help you understand where RA China is leading, what transformational business RA China is developing and how RA China plays in local market. In addition, the camp provides the chance to get hands-on experience with RA core products.
2. Opportunities for cross-function assignments/programs:
• Work with cross-function teams to get familiarized with the major industries and customer types that RA serves in China so to maximize the business output and learn to collaborate with both internal key stakeholders and external partners to deliver the expected results.
3. Build Mentorship with experienced leaders to
• Understand Rockwell China from more angels
• Gain advice & sharing in regard to career and leadership development
