Career Development Program for Northwest Region Sales (CDP)

Job Responsibilities
Career Development Program (CDP) is the training and development program for young graduates by attempting the methods for growing future experts, managers and leaders. It will provide the opportunity to the talents to learn the company’s business, products, technologies and operating methods in their early careers.
The CDP will fulfill three assignments, each lasts about 8 months in different product lines in Northwest China sub-region, such as Liquid Bulk, Micro Bulk, Packaged Gases, Helium and Hydrogen team. CDP is the frontline AP’s representative interfacing with our customers, introducing AP’s products and offerings to bring value to customers and company.
For each assignment, the specific learning, project-related objectives and job description will be provided.
Every CDP is assigned a senior manager to guide and advise them as they progress through the program.
The CDP is encouraged to seek advice, coaching and support from their colleagues, supervisors and mentors.
After the three assignments finished, each commercial CDP will settle in a permanent position as designated by the hiring department in all cases the talents and the interest of the CDP will be considered when determining the best position.

Requirements
Fresh graduate with master’s degree in science, engineering and management related major.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customers and influence internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated analysis and trouble-shooting skills either through the candidate’s area of study or previous work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Excellent Mandarin and English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Open, proactive, ability to work effectively in teams and keep learning.
Experience in student work and community would be value added.
Driving license is preferred.
