Mechanical Engineer, Fire Protection

What you will do:

Fire modeling to support and inform engineering decisions related to new product development.

How you will do it:
  • Develop product or system concepts and detailed designs, as directed
  • Prototype generation and testing to international standards
  • Maintain records of design process in accordance with sound design practice and ISO requirements

What we look for:
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Must have working knowledge of Fire Dynamic Simulator. (FDS).
Preferred:
  • Working knowledge of FireFoam and industry experience including demonstrated knowledge of fire dynamics, detection and suppression systems, combustion principles, and commodity classification is a bonus.
